Construction Sales Representative – Phnom Penh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join BPC Group’s sales team in Phnom Penh. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for our range of construction materials.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for construction materials across the market.
• Visit project sites and client offices to present product solutions and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal inventory, logistics and product teams to meet client specifications.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in construction materials or building supplies.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Understanding of basic construction concepts and product specifications.
• Comfortable with regular fieldwork, site visits and in‑person meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as spreadsheets and presentations.
• Experience using a CRM or sales tracking system.
