Chief of Staff – Phnom Penh

About the role

The Chief of Staff supports the executive leadership team at Moonshine Cambodia, ensuring smooth coordination across Logistics, Sales, and Finance. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on streamlining processes, managing cross‑functional communication, and removing operational roadblocks.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between departments and leadership, keeping everyone on the same page.
• Coordinate cross‑team communication, meetings, and follow‑ups.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR tasks, including onboarding, staff queries, records, and team support.
• Oversee daily operations and eliminate obstacles to enable efficient work.
• Track priorities and projects across Logistics, Sales, and Finance, flagging issues early.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, HR, or a coordination/management role.
• Strong communicator who builds trust across teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling many moving parts.
• Calm under pressure with sound judgment and discretion.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and management abilities to support executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Background in operations, business management, or consulting, preferably within FMCG, hospitality, or distribution sectors.
