Business Development Specialist (Solar/Battery Inverter)

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth for solar and battery inverter solutions by achieving sales, market and partnership targets. You will design and implement partner strategies, policies and training programs to create a win‑win ecosystem. The role requires close collaboration with channel partners and internal teams to ensure rapid and healthy development of the partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, market, cooperation and brand goals for the PV business across diverse partners.
• Develop overall partner development strategy and business plan, improving partner systems and cooperation models.
• Create, release, explain, implement and monitor partner policies and processes.
• Develop, nurture, motivate and support partners, manage external orders and internal control processes.
• Build partner competence centers and training platforms to support frontline operations and partner transformation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PV channel sales.
• Knowledge of Digital Power Business trends and experience with enterprise channel partners.
• Direct sales experience with account or partner sales approach is a plus.
• Highly motivated, hungry and passionate seller.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
