Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Automotive Advance Group in Cambodia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on strengthening market positioning, increasing customer awareness and supporting overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with sales, product and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to refine brand plans and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of brand‑related content and materials.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute brand initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in brand management, marketing strategy or product marketing within the automotive or related industries.
• Strong skills in market research, data analysis and translating insights into actionable brand initiatives.
• Proficiency in managing creative assets and ensuring brand consistency across visual, written and experiential touchpoints.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Experience working in Cambodia or Southeast Asian markets and fluency in English; local language skills are a plus.
