Branch Operations Officer

About the role

This role is designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve standardisation, and strengthen internal control to ensure all loan products are disbursed in line with approval memos, procedures and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and correctness of loan contracts submitted by branches and verify pre‑drawdown conditions and fire insurance.
• Authorize loan information in the T24 system, block collaterals, and monitor post‑drawdown conditions, including predisbursement approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of loan terms, interest rates, instalments, payment methods and related fees in T24.
• Coordinate with branches to fulfil all conditions within the stipulated timeframes and follow up on cadastral registrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years experience in loan administration or branch operations.
• Good spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Motivated, open‑minded and able to work under internal control standards.
