Biologist – AI Training Project Expert

About the role

We’re seeking biologists to join our AI training project. In this role you will review AI‑generated responses, evaluate reasoning quality and step‑by‑step problem‑solving, and provide expert feedback that helps models produce answers that are accurate, logical, and clearly explained.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create detailed prompts and model responses across diverse biology topics.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate, rank, and compare AI answers to improve accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure model integrity: test AI outputs for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• MS or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a closely related life‑science field from a top‑100 university.
• Deep knowledge of human and animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, disease fundamentals, and laboratory reasoning.
• Experience developing or critically reviewing complex biology content such as problem banks, textbook sections, or research notes.
• Published in a peer‑reviewed journal and able to communicate biology clearly in written English (C1+).

Required skills

• Fact‑checking using public sources across multiple domains.
• Data labeling for AI training datasets.
• Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) or AI model evaluation (bonus).
