About the role
The role involves supporting daily accounting and finance operations within a banking environment, handling invoices, vouchers, and reporting tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Stamp and register all invoices and claims to control received listings.
- Handle invoices, check balances and submit to executives for further processing.
- Communicate with departments/branches for service report confirmations and required documents.
- Assist reporting team with daily soft report downloads for NBC.
- Prepare and post daily vouchers, scan and attach documents in payment batch registers.
- Register and upload detailed data with supporting documents (Emission Report) from all branches.
- Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager/Head.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
