Bank Executive Trainee – Brand & Event Management

About the role

This trainee program supports the bank’s branding, corporate merchandise, and event activities. You will assist various teams in budgeting, design, and coordination tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in marketing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support budget monitoring by consolidating expenses, tracking quotations, and maintaining records in Microsoft Excel.
• Manage business‑card requests, including verification, digital arrangement, approval coordination and submission to printers.
• Assist with branding, corporate merchandise, printed materials and artwork coordination with internal and external partners.
• Help plan, coordinate and execute events, handling guest lists, invitations, logistics, venue setup and vendor liaison.
• Prepare basic content such as captions, invitations, event updates, short write‑ups and reports.
• Support translation between Khmer and English when required.
• Perform simple graphic design, artwork adjustments or video‑related tasks using tools like Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.

Required profile

• University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Interest in branding, events, content creation and corporate communication.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
