Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Audit Supervisor plans, leads and conducts internal audits across key functions such as Warehouse & Transportation, Finance & Accounting, Payroll and Factory Operations. The role ensures compliance with company policies, promotes operational transparency and reduces risk through effective audit execution and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop audit plans and execute audits based on approved checklists and risk priorities across multiple departments.
• Record, classify and report audit findings with supporting evidence, analyse trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues, work with departments to implement preventive controls and monitor corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate audit working papers, reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Participate in internal risk assessments and update audit policies and risk‑based audit plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit procedures, SOPs and risk assessment frameworks.
• Fluency in Khmer and English, high integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using audit tools, checklists and reporting templates.
