Assistant to Maintenance Manager – Procurement & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Maintenance Manager to support procurement, supplier management and logistics activities for our operations in Phnom Penh. The role will work closely with the maintenance team, transport agents and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new market sources for goods and services and review specifications, delivery and payment conditions.
• Obtain supplier quotations, perform quote analysis and prepare purchase orders or contracts for management approval.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve issues such as defects, damages or returns.
• Update and manage supplier, price and contact databases, providing regular updates.
• Coordinate shipment and customs clearance activities with transport agents and the Cambodia customs department.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation in line with retention schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, shipment and customs clearance for imported goods and services.
• Knowledge of procurement in the power, energy or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Up‑to‑date understanding of Cambodia customs and tax regulations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
