Assistant Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Marketing supports the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, content management and marketing administration for DKSH's Consumer Goods business in Cambodia. This role connects creative content delivery with financial accountability, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels to boost brand visibility.
• Coordinate content creation, scheduling and publishing to ensure a consistent digital presence.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and provide insights for data‑driven decisions.
• Liaise with agencies, influencers and vendors to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Prepare and submit marketing claims, invoices and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Finance to track claim status, vendor payments and marketing expenditures.
• Maintain accurate marketing documentation, contracts and campaign records.
• Perform administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or administrative support; fresh graduates with strong digital knowledge are welcome.
• Good coordination and communication skills with ability to work across teams and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
