About the role
The Assistant Manager, Credit Risk Reporting will support the monitoring and reporting of credit risk indicators, prepare regular reports for headquarters and conduct portfolio analysis to identify potential issues.
Key responsibilities
- Review and monitor Risk Appetite Statement and other credit risk indicators and provide monthly reports to the supervisor.
- Collect data to prepare HQ credit reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare portfolio analysis to gain insight into the loan portfolio and identify potential issues.
- Compile vintage and transition matrix data to monitor portfolio movement.
- Conduct bylaw reviews of policies, manuals, guidelines, and forms related to lending activities.
- Work closely with loan review and audit teams to identify internal gaps and high‑risk areas, recommend solutions to close those gaps.
- Participate in system testing, perform risk assessments for new lending products, and handle other tasks assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Possess data‑analytical skills and experience using Excel.
- Proficient in English.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or credit‑related functions, including loan processing, assessment, or approval.
- Understanding of loan operations and experience with the T24 system.
