About the role

EFG is seeking an Assistant Business System Analyst to support ERP system implementation and ongoing operations across its regional food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

Gather requirements from stakeholders and test system solutions.
Support ERP operation, including system setup for new stores and master data control.
Provide training, user support, and remote assistance after hours.
Create procedures to improve existing systems.
