Architect Designer – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for an Architect Designer to lead the creation of 2D and 3D plans for our banking branches, guiding projects from concept through detailed design. You will ensure that every design reflects Wing Bank’s brand identity while meeting functional and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D architectural plans for new and existing Wing Bank branches.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and full construction documents.
• Align designs with the corporate identity and branch concept guidelines.
• Manage project compliance with layout, floor‑plan, and bill‑of‑quantities requirements.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design issues on‑site.
• Produce project reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize hard and soft copies of as‑built drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Assist in selecting building materials that meet budget and user requirements.
• Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for new structures and alterations.
• Support cross‑functional teams, contractors, and subcontractors across locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design or a similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept, schematic, and detailed design work.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Proven ability to conduct site inspections and manage design issues on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit and BIM tools.
• Knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.
• Familiarity with architectural design principles, building codes, and construction materials.
