Applied AI Engineer (2-3 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on technical experience to join our Engineering & Technology team. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will blend platform integration with applied AI solution design across our AITranx product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and maintain integrations between AITranx products (Gateway, Box, Agents, Enterprise AI) and customer or internal environments, including APIs, databases and LLM providers.
• Design practical AI architectures and build proof‑of‑concepts that demonstrate how our solutions solve real business problems in banking, telecom, government and large enterprises.
• Collaborate with the Technical Director, Engineering, Product and Solutions/Presales teams to troubleshoot issues, define technical standards and contribute to the platform roadmap.
• Produce technical documentation, integration patterns and lessons learned to enrich internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in technical/solutions engineering, systems integration or DevOps‑adjacent roles.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, system integration and enterprise IT infrastructure (cloud and/or on‑premises).
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM concepts such as API gateways, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, AI agents and vector databases.
• Ability to translate business process flows into technical designs and communicate them to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong command of English; Khmer fluency is a plus.
