Aesthetic Doctor – Medical Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

The Aesthetic Doctor will provide consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients seeking cosmetic and dermatologic care at EK Esthetic Center.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical assessments and explain treatment options, risks and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser therapies, chemical peels and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and infection‑control protocols.
• Monitor outcomes, provide follow‑up care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to deliver coordinated client care.
• Participate in case discussions, client education and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Licensed medical doctor with recognized qualifications; specialization or formal training in dermatology, cosmetic medicine or aesthetic procedures preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision‑making abilities, able to assess suitability for procedures and manage complications safely.
• Excellent communication and client counseling skills, with a focus on building trust and managing expectations.
• High attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, infection control and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a respectful workplace culture.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training, workshops and professional development in aesthetic medicine.

Required skills

• Proficiency in injectable treatments.
• Experience with laser and light therapies.
• Competence in performing chemical peels.
• Knowledge of skin rejuvenation techniques.
