Accounting Supervisor

About the role

Mega Asset Management Co., Ltd, a leading real‑estate consulting firm in Cambodia, is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the company’s high‑profile development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Check payment vouchers against supporting documents.
• Verify all transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring timely and correct recording.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly cash collection reports for accuracy and timely banking.
• Validate occupancy reports from operations and leasing departments.
• Oversee monthly bank reconciliation prepared by the accountant.
• Prepare month‑end closing reports, including expense allocation, revenue recognition, journal adjustments, and control‑account listings.
• Review and ensure timely issuance of monthly rental invoices and other service charges.
• Control intercompany fund transfers, advances, and reconcile AR and AP balances.
• Monitor cash flow, AR & AP, add comments, and forward to Treasury by the 10th of each month.
• Prepare financial statements for submission by the 10th of the following month.
• Lead annual fixed‑asset and stock counts in coordination with Mega Admin.
• Support and communicate with operations teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing new procedures to improve departmental workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
