Accountant Supervisor – Retail Finance

About the role

The Accountant Supervisor will lead the finance function for Baby Outlet Cambodia’s retail operations. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial recording, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and journal entry review.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supervise accounting staff, review their work for accuracy and compliance, and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and tax compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with management to deliver financial insights and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Proven supervisory experience in an accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and basic tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
