Transportation & Delivery Driver

About the role

The Transportation & Delivery Driver ensures DKSH’s products reach customers across Cambodia safely, on time, and in full. This position supports service reliability and customer satisfaction by executing efficient and compliant delivery operations every day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and designated areas, consistently meeting performance KPIs.
• Comply with Cambodia traffic law and DKSH safety standards for all driving activities.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions, adjusting routes to maintain reliable schedules.
• Provide courteous, professional service at each drop‑off point to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness through regular checks and timely defect reporting.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes using navigation applications, adapting in real time to congestion or roadwork.
• Operate various vehicles—including motorbikes, cars, and trucks—to meet delivery requirements.
• Follow DKSH Freight and Transportation SOPs and promptly report any operational issues.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent; valid driving licence.
• At least one year of experience in a similar transportation or delivery role.
• Working knowledge of distribution centre operations and transportation processes.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding delivery tasks consistently.
• Strong punctuality, disciplined work ethic, and reliability.
