Tele Marketer – In‑Office Customer Support

About the role

DKSH is looking for a Tele Marketer to provide in‑office after‑sales support for its Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business in Cambodia. You will handle customer requests, orders, complaints and billing inquiries, ensuring a professional and accurate service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and work processes to deliver consistent, compliant service.
• Manage routine inbound and outbound calls, walk‑in customers, and sales support.
• Capture and update customer data, orders and adjustments in the system for billing and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on pricing, products, promotions and service procedures.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports on case activity for management.
• Share feedback on recurring issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in any field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service or call‑center role.
• Foundational knowledge of customer‑service principles.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
