Teacher Assistant – Kindergarten & Primary (2 positions)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Teacher Assistants to support lead teachers in kindergarten and primary classrooms. The role involves providing direct assistance to students, helping maintain a safe learning environment, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to students.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and transitions between activities.
• Communicate with students, parents, teachers, and office staff; ensure proper check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Work with teachers, parents, learning‑support teams, and school management to support students with special needs.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, professional‑development activities, and school events as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as required to support classroom operations.

Required profile

• University‑level education, preferably in education or a related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and independent thinking abilities.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Passion for working with young children in an educational setting.
• Adaptability to changing and diverse work environments.
• Willingness to continue learning and develop a professional career in education.
