Supply & Logistics Officer – Temporary (6 months)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Supply & Logistics Officer to support its operations in Phnom Penh for a six‑month temporary appointment. The role provides technical and operational assistance across the full supply chain, ensuring that programme needs are met efficiently and in line with UNICEF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, procure, and contract goods and services required by programme teams.
• Manage customs clearance, warehousing, in‑country transport and distribution of supplies.
• Monitor supply inventories, track deliveries, and oversee construction works related to logistics.
• Collaborate with programme staff and implementing partners to define supply interventions.
• Provide technical advice to government bodies, national systems and partners on supply chain management.
• Support risk monitoring, supply analytics and emergency response logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Development or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in supply, logistics, procurement or contracting at national or international level.
• Understanding of development and humanitarian contexts.
