Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering (CG)

About the role

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with corporate objectives to drive performance, growth and employee engagement. This trusted partner works closely with leadership to understand priorities and deliver workforce solutions that support talent development, organizational change and culture building.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate company goals into HR strategies and ensure initiatives support growth, innovation and productivity.
• Lead workforce planning, identify skill gaps, and develop succession and internal mobility plans.
• Drive organizational design, restructuring and change‑management processes during transformations such as M&A or digitalization.
• Coach senior leaders, collaborate with L&D on leadership pipeline development, and embed DEI principles into hiring and development practices.
• Use engagement data and analytics to design retention and culture‑building programs.
• Guide performance‑management systems to align employee goals with business KPIs.
• Provide employee‑relations counsel, mitigate legal risk and advise on labor‑relations matters.
• Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive pay structures and performance‑based incentives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing HR strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of talent management, workforce planning and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex change initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of DEI best practices and data‑driven HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
