Sales Executive – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, promoting our products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on the Cambodian market and requires a results‑oriented approach to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, conducting sales visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify and acquire new customers, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the relevant industry.
• Good understanding of the Cambodian market and business culture.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, independent and target‑oriented.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
