Representative Transportation and Delivery

About the role

The Representative, Transportation and Delivery ensures goods are delivered safely, accurately and on time across Cambodia, supporting DKSH’s supply‑chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers and target areas on schedule while meeting KPIs.
• Verify order accuracy before and after each drop‑off and ensure correct charges.
• Assist with loading and unloading to keep vehicle turnaround efficient.
• Provide professional customer service, address inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to optimise efficiency and control costs.
• Prepare and maintain delivery reports and documentation for transparency.
• Collect customer payments and process bank deposits according to company procedures.
• Comply with DKSH Freight and Transportation SOPs and uphold safety standards.
• Escalate any route or operational issues promptly.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or high‑school certificate; valid driving licence (required for Samaki DC staff).
• At least one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role.
• Knowledge of distribution centre operations and transportation processes.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding delivery tasks consistently.
• Strong punctuality and disciplined work ethic.
