Relationship Manager – SME Banking

About the role

Phillip Bank Plc is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve its Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients in Phnom Penh. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored financial solutions and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with SME customers.
• Provide appropriate financial solutions, including loan products and cash management services.
• Manage and monitor loan portfolios to ensure credit quality.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and cross‑sell additional bank products.
• Assess client needs, analyse financial statements, and offer strategic advice.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SME banking and related financial products.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Solid financial analysis skills, including credit assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous banking experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluency in Khmer and English.
