People & Culture Business Partner Manager

About the role

The People & Culture Business Partner Manager will act as a trusted HR advisor for an assigned function, supporting leaders and employees to drive people‑focused solutions that align with business objectives. You will help shape and implement People & Culture strategies, ensuring a positive employee lifecycle experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers and the People & Culture Director to identify and address people, organisational and business challenges.
• Lead talent and performance management initiatives, including the Growth Compass process, performance appraisals and training needs planning.
• Provide coaching and guidance on the use of My Way and People Central platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding and induction.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR topics, fostering an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with a proven track record of business partnering.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior leaders and diverse employee groups.
• Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously and drive results.
