Outdoor Sales Representative – $350-$450 + Incentive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our fabric collections to interior designers, architects and end‑customers. You will act as the bridge between design trends and our product line, driving sales and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with interior designers, architects and customers to understand furnishing needs.
• Showcase fabric collections, explaining textures, colors, durability and suitability.
• Generate leads, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations and close sales deals.
• Provide creative input on fabric selection, colour coordination and design trends.
• Build long‑term partnerships with design firms, retailers and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research on new trends and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks delegated by the Sales Manager/Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1‑3 years of sales/marketing experience in any industry.
• Willingness to visit customer showrooms, offices or sites.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in Khmer and English.

• Working hours: 08:30‑17:30 (Mon‑Fri), 08:30‑12:30 (Sat).
• Salary range $350‑$450 plus incentive.
