Operations Manager – Beauty Salon

About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager for VICCI Beauty Bar in Phnom Penh. The role is ideal for someone who loves building teams, enjoys daily operations, and wants to help build a leading beauty salon brand in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support branch managers, helping them build stronger teams.
• Translate owners’ strategic goals into practical, branch‑specific action plans.
• Track performance metrics, analyse the reasons behind the numbers and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain consistent service quality, customer experience and daily operations across all salons.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to boost salon visits, improve customer retention and increase revenue.
• Identify recurring operational problems, refine processes and ensure agreed tasks are completed on time and become routine.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop teams, set clear expectations and provide honest feedback while keeping staff engaged.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable measuring performance, understanding what drives results and pinpointing obstacles.
• Skilled at breaking large objectives into smaller, owned tasks with clear deadlines and following through to completion.
• Passion for routine operational work such as checking results, coaching managers and continuously improving standards.
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing and branding, and how to convert interest into bookings and repeat customers.
