职位概况
负责UPS建筑与系统工程部门的项目管理，主导低至中等复杂度的建设项目，如输送线安装和设施改造，确保合同、进度和成本符合要求。
主要职责
- 完成招标包流程，包括招标文件编制、评估、背景调查及中标推荐。
- 制定并跟踪项目进度计划，确保按时交付。
- 调查并解决机械故障，提升生产效率。
- 识别施工流程改进点，提出设计方案以优化包裹流转。
- 评估预算执行情况，管理成本日志，处理发票并向承包商付款。
- 现场检查材料和安装质量，确保符合UPS标准。
任职要求
- 工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备至少5年相关经验。
- 熟练使用2D AutoCAD进行图纸绘制。
- 具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
- 有招标评估、建筑施工或大型工业设施管理经验。
- 能够适应周末工作并接受出差。
