MEP Supervisor

About the role
The MEP Supervisor will lead daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV activities on construction sites. You will coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure all MEP works are executed to design, quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection and low‑voltage systems.
- Review and implement approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications and as‑built drawings.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools and schedule weekly activities.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety and resolve technical issues on site.
- Coordinate sleeves, openings, shafts, equipment bases and MEP interfaces.
- Lead inspections, testing, commissioning and hand‑over processes.
- Report progress, manpower, material usage and technical issues to management.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related MEP discipline.
- Strong experience in building MEP construction and site supervision.
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications and installation practices.
- Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
- Familiarity with NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE and local standards.
- Effective communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
