Marketing Excellence & E‑Commerce Executive

About the role

The Marketing Excellence & E‑Commerce Executive leads digital marketing and e‑Commerce initiatives, turning consumer and market insights into actionable strategies that drive online sales growth and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate consumer, shopper and channel insights into clear execution guidelines for marketing and commercial teams.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, activation quality and compliance across channels.
• Support the development and rollout of Marketing Excellence frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Drive e‑Commerce growth across marketplaces, quick‑commerce and social‑commerce platforms, executing activation plans and monitoring KPIs such as sales, traffic and conversion.
• Analyse market trends, category performance and consumer behaviour, preparing dashboards and management‑ready reports.
• Act as the bridge between Insights, Marketing, Sales and e‑Commerce partners to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
• Lead EHS awareness and compliance within the area, ensuring risk assessments, training and PPE availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, insights, commercial or e‑Commerce roles, preferably in FMCG or digital commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• PowerPoint for creating presentations and dashboards.
• Experience with business‑intelligence or dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
