About the role

The Finance Operations Manager oversees daily financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Inventory. The role works closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to support business growth and maintain strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes to guarantee timely and compliant payments.
• Oversee Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal in line with policy.
• Control inventory transactions, perform reconciliations, valuation, and reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities for AP, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial procedures with operational activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports to aid management decision‑making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in master data, contract, or related financial management.
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and manage multiple tasks.
