IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will lead the IT operations and infrastructure team, ensuring reliable network, security and system services for the organization. This role combines hands‑on technical support with team leadership and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, technical support and infrastructure maintenance.
• Supervise and mentor the IT team, coordinating with the IT Manager.
• Manage network and security devices, including routers, switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades and development initiatives.
• Maintain asset inventory, documentation and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, network or system administration.
• Previous experience supervising an IT team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows environments and common business applications.

Required skills

• LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi network design and troubleshooting.
• MikroTik routers, RouterOS and managed switch/VLAN configuration.
• Network monitoring and security tools, firewalls and data protection.
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• CCTV and access‑control system integration.
• Hardware installation, maintenance and backup/recovery solutions.
• IT asset management and cybersecurity best practices.
