Head of Production – Food Manufacturing (2 Openings)

About the role
We are seeking two experienced leaders to head our food production operations. In this senior role you will oversee large‑scale manufacturing, ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and supervise a team of 30+ production staff.
- Manage production volumes exceeding 10,000 packages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Monitor production, inventory, raw materials and costs to minimise waste.
- Develop and improve food products, production processes and team performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of food production experience.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English is preferred.
- Ability to work with basic computer applications.
