About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Server, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic restaurant environment. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations while upholding the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.
• Anticipate guest preferences, present menus proactively, and deliver food and beverage orders unobtrusively.
• Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout service periods.
• Handle financial transactions in line with departmental guidelines.
• Report guest feedback and issues via the Glitch system for continuous improvement.
• Apply HACCP and FIFO standards as required by regional regulations.
• Execute opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Participate in safety briefings, evacuation policies, and required training sessions.
• Identify potential service issues early and seek managerial assistance when needed.
