Digital System Officer – Frontend Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital System Officer with a focus on front‑end development to support the testing, implementation and deployment of new banking applications. The role involves collaborating with IT and stakeholders to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and participate in testing and evaluation of new systems.
• Jointly develop and implement front‑end or hybrid solutions.
• Recommend product enhancements to meet customer and bank requirements.
• Work with IT and stakeholders to validate new features and ensure successful production deployment.
• Support users through documentation, reporting and training.
• Report project progress to supervisors and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support and issue resolution with thorough documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
• Honest, hardworking attitude with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Front‑end development (HTML, CSS, hybrid frameworks).
• iOS and Android development experience.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
