Business Development & Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Business Development & Public Relations (BD & PR) Manager will drive revenue growth while shaping the company’s brand reputation. This hybrid position blends strategic sales, partnership acquisition, corporate storytelling, and media relations to create sustainable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target new commercial opportunities, expanding markets and strategic partnership avenues.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, pitch decks, and commercial agreements to C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Align PR initiatives with revenue goals, converting high‑visibility campaigns into qualified inbound leads.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end public relations strategies to enhance corporate visibility and brand equity.
• Draft and pitch press releases, feature stories, and brand announcements to media outlets and industry influencers.
• Serve as primary media contact and spokesperson, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• Oversee crisis communications and manage potential brand risks.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and media roundtables, securing speaking opportunities.
• Track KPIs across sales pipeline, deal conversion, share of voice, and press coverage reach.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of combined experience in business development, corporate sales, strategic partnerships and public relations (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and an established network of media and industry contacts.
• Excellent written, editorial, negotiation and public speaking abilities.
