About the role
Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation is seeking Cambodian nationals for full‑time, on‑site supervisor and specialist positions across several functions. Roles are based in Phnom Penh and support the company’s operations, brand, safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication and public‑relations activities, manage media engagement and prepare press releases.
- Collect, analyse and report operational data, maintain IT systems and applications, and support digital tools.
- Manage sourcing, vendor relationships and contract administration to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement.
- Coordinate road‑safety programs, monitor compliance and promote workplace safety.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, work with cross‑functional teams to improve plant reliability.
Required profile
- Cambodian national.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh.
