Specialist/Executive Roles in HR, Procurement, Business Intelligence & Marketing

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh offers specialist or executive opportunities across four functions: Human Resources, Procurement, Business Intelligence and Marketing. You will work within a modern cement producer, contributing to departmental strategies, reporting and compliance while supporting the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement department‑specific strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare reports, documentation and maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• For HR: manage recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• For Procurement: coordinate purchasing, vendor sourcing and contract negotiation.
• For Business Intelligence: collect, analyse and report data, create dashboards.
• For Marketing: develop and execute brand and digital campaigns, manage content.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, HRM, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, Data/Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the assigned functional area, preferably within an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of digital and social media coordination.
