About the role
The Specialist, Market Intelligence will gather and interpret market, customer, competitor and industry data to produce actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. Working closely with product, marketing, sales and business teams, the role helps identify opportunities, monitor trends and support product development and commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to uncover trends, opportunities and risks.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to support business planning and product development.
- Prepare market intelligence reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory developments.
- Support pricing, product positioning and commercial strategy with data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing and business teams to deliver actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence databases and reporting tools.
- Measure market performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, business intelligence, commercial analytics, product marketing or strategy.
- Experience in telecommunications, ICT, technology or enterprise solutions is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on translating data into business insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Tableau.
