Plus855Music is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies that grow the brand, support artist releases, and deepen audience engagement. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Phnom Penh and is ideal for a marketer passionate about music and artist advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate release and campaign timing with artists and internal teams.
• Oversee content production and ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with external partners and agencies.
• Mentor team members and contribute to long‑term marketing plans.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in agency, brand, or related marketing roles.
• Proven track record building and executing marketing strategies and go‑to‑market campaigns for brands or artists.
• Demonstrated leadership, including mentoring team members and managing timelines.
• Strong cross‑functional experience coordinating with creative, artist management, sales teams, and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages such as Khmer are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
