Senior Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer

About the role

The Senior Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer will drive the growth of the bank’s corporate payment ecosystem and increase fee‑based income. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the role involves managing a portfolio of mid‑to‑large partnership accounts and supporting cross‑selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new business partners to expand CASA and fee‑based revenues.
• Prepare and organise partnership documentation using KB PRASAC services.
• Cross‑sell KB PRASAC Bank products and services to corporate clients.
• Manage a portfolio of mid‑to‑large partnership accounts independently.
• Conduct market research, due diligence and shortlist prospective partners for review.
• Draft business proposals, financial projections and risk assessments for approval.
• Perform regular partner performance reviews and generate reports.
• Assist the Unit Manager in developing retention and marketing strategies.
• Resolve escalated partner issues and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in banking, corporate/institutional relationship management or business development.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, financial analysis and partner negotiation.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance and payment systems.
• Excellent English communication skills and high professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
