School Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive School Marketing Coordinator to enhance our school's brand, expand our online presence, and support student recruitment and enrollment. The role focuses on social media, faceless marketing, content creation, graphic design, and communications, requiring fluency in Khmer and English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the school's social media and faceless marketing strategy.
• Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, graphics, advertisements, and written content.
• Promote school programs, events, achievements, facilities, and learning experiences.
• Produce professional marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.
• Ensure all marketing content complies with student safeguarding, privacy, and consent requirements.
• Respond to prospective family inquiries in Khmer and English and assist with the enrollment process.
• Support school tours, open houses, events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Translate and produce school communications in Khmer and English when needed.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Track social media performance, inquiries, and enrollment sources to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with school leadership and propose new campaigns, content ideas, and marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
