About the role

The Relationship Manager – Premier Services will be responsible for acquiring, servicing, and managing high‑net‑worth customer relationships for Canadia Bank. The role focuses on one‑on‑one engagement, identifying client needs, and delivering appropriate banking products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide consistent advice following GSTP guidelines, via face‑to‑face, phone, or social media.
• Onboard new clients, convert existing customers, and encourage transaction flow within Canadia Bank accounts.
• Identify client needs, recommend suitable products, and actively cross‑sell or upsell bank and partner offerings.
• Act as a banking service consultant, resolve complaints, and address areas of customer dissatisfaction.
• Execute banking operations accurately, handling cash and non‑cash transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality service and achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships while adhering to security and confidentiality standards.
• Identify opportunities for new sign‑ups, referrals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
• Stay updated on bank guidelines, products, services, and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking sales or customer service.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent active listening, responsibility, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
