Purchase and Stock Controller

About the role

The Purchase and Stock Controller will join Yescar Cambodia’s Phnom Penh office to oversee the acquisition and inventory of used cars and related parts. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that stock levels align with sales targets and operational requirements, supporting the company’s mission to digitalise the used‑car market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process for used vehicles and parts, from order placement to delivery verification.
• Maintain accurate stock records and continuously monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Analyse stock movement to identify slow‑moving and fast‑moving items and generate regular reports.
• Forecast demand and recommend optimal stock quantities to support sales objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (advantageous).
• Experience in automotive, retail, or logistics environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with suppliers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
