Product Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Product Leader to drive the development and management of automotive spare‑parts products in Cambodia. You will act as the bridge between market needs, engineering, and supply chain to ensure the right parts are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new parts, upgrades, or rationalisation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Ensure high availability of critical spare parts.
• Collaborate with procurement, supply‑chain and logistics teams to improve lead times and reliability.
• Define pricing strategies to maximise revenue and margins.
• Analyse historical sales and usage patterns and forecast demand for production and procurement planning.
• Support the sales team with product expertise and parts solutions.
• Work with suppliers to guarantee quality, cost and delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical, spare‑parts or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in automotive technical or spare‑parts product management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and supervisory abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• High integrity, honesty and willingness to work hard.
