Product Consultant

About the role

The Product Consultant supports DKSH’s Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) portfolio in Cambodia by bringing brands directly to shoppers. You will create memorable brand experiences at the point of sale, encouraging first‑time purchases and fostering loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce products to consumers and shoppers in line with brand messaging.
• Generate product trials and drive first‑time purchases.
• Build brand awareness and consumer loyalty through personalized, one‑on‑one communication.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 9 educational attainment; no prior work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of the FMCG business, DKSH’s products, and marketing principles.
• Basic research and analytical abilities to gather consumer insights.
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is an advantage.
