Product Consultant – Field Marketing (FMCG)

About the role

The Product Consultant supports DKSH’s FMCG portfolio in Cambodia by bringing products directly to shoppers, creating memorable brand experiences, and driving trial and adoption at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce products to consumers and shoppers in line with brand messaging.
• Generate product trials to encourage first‑time purchases and brand adoption.
• Build brand awareness and consumer loyalty through personalized, one‑on‑one communication.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 9 education; no prior work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of the FMCG business and industry.
• Understanding of DKSH’s products, services, and basic marketing principles.
• Basic research and analytical skills to gather and apply consumer insights.
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
