Product Ambassador – Field Marketing

About the role

The Product Ambassador will bring DKSH’s fast‑moving consumer goods brands to life at retail locations across Cambodia. By delivering engaging product demonstrations and storytelling, you will create strong connections between the products and shoppers, driving interest and purchase decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform compelling product demonstrations and explain product benefits clearly at the point of sale.
• Distribute samples, coupons, brochures and other promotional incentives to attract and convert customers.
• Design and set up attractive merchandise displays and demo areas to maximise visibility.
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis to ensure accurate brand representation.
• Represent DKSH’s brands at trade shows, retail stores, community events and answer customer enquiries professionally.
• Record feedback, observations and customer questions and report them to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
• Assist with the management of promotional items and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Carry out administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in any discipline.
• At least one year of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Good understanding of client industries, business and product portfolios.
• Basic customer‑management skills with a focus on engagement.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross‑cultural interactions.
